How to install the Tomo AI Zoom App

1. Go to Zoom App Marketplace

- Search for "Tomo AI" or access it directly here   

2. Click "Sign in to Add"

3 You will be redirected to Zoom's login screen and asked to sign into your Zoom Account

4. Once signed in you will be back on the Zoom Marketplace Tomo AI App page, click "Add for Myself"

5. You will be asked to authorize (allow) Tomo AI access to your Zoom Account

6. Once you accept Tomo AI app will be installed and appear in Personal App Management section under "My Apps" of your Zoom Account

Usage of the app:

The main use case for the Tomo AI Zoom App is to allow users to add a meeting bot to record a meeting so Tomo AI can process and answer user questions about the meeting. By authorizing the app, this will simplify the process of approval for recording.

How to get started:

- Add Tomo AI bot to your meetings so it can observe and record the meeting - Connect your Google Calendar in the Tomo AI web application
- Allow Tomo AI bot into the meeting from the waiting room
- After the meeting, you can ask Tomo AI questions or have it generate meeting summaries, actions, decisions
- You can also ask Tomo AI to send its responses directly to you or your teammates inbox, or share them to your project Slack channel

Removing the app:

‍Open and sign in to Zoom App Marketplace.
In the top right corner, click Manage.
On the left side of the page, click Added Apps.  A list of all apps added by you is displayed.
Identify the Tomo AI app and click Remove. A Remove App window will appear.
(Optional) Click the drop-down menu to choose the reason for removing this app.
Click Remove to confirm the removal of this app.
